Martin/Martin served the University as the prime consultant on the renovation of War Memorial Stadium for approximately ten years. The renovation included replacement of all risers in the Upper West Stands, an extension and structural modifications of the walkways for both sides of the stadium, and repair of all 28 structural frames. These repairs included upgrades to ADA compliance. The projected increase in life expectancy to the repaired portions of the stadium is 30 years.
